Frequently asked questions
Booking changes & cancellations
Yes. Your booking can be cancelled online up to 1 hour before the parking starts.
Open your booking confirmation and click "View all booking details", then choose "Cancel parking."
If you prepaid, the amount is typically refunded within 3–5 business days.
Sometimes. After booking, please contact the hotel front desk to see if it's possible to adjust the start and end time for that location.
If adjustments aren't possible, you can cancel your booking (as long as it's at least 1 hour before start) and make a new one.

License plate (registration number)
No problem. During booking, click the link below the license plate field and tick the box "I do not know my license plate."
Just remember to update the license plate before your parking starts.
You can update it yourself via your booking confirmation.
Open the confirmation email and click "View all booking details." Then select "Edit license plate" and save.
Make sure the license plate is correct before your parking starts.

Finding your parking
Open your booking confirmation and click "View all booking details." From there, you can start navigation to the parking entrance.
If you're already on-site and still can't locate the entrance, contact the hotel front desk.
Receipts & payments
The receipt is sent automatically to the email address you entered when booking.
If you can't find it, please check your spam/junk folder (and sometimes the trash).

EV charging (Pair Recharge)
First, make sure you have the correct app installed: Pair Recharge. Also make sure you've created an account and added valid payment details.
If charging does not start:
• Unplug the cable at both ends
• Wait about 10 seconds
• Plug it back in and try again
You can also scan the QR code on the charging station and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: Some vehicles may take a moment to respond if they've been idle for a longer period of time.
