We are a tech company that works like a hotel. Pair is as much about service as about systems — about understanding the everyday lives of our customers and making them a little easier, every day.

Because parking shouldn't be complicated

Parking is often the first thing a guest encounters and the last impression they leave with. Yet for a long time it has been overlooked: manual routines, unclear signage, and unnecessary questions at the front desk.

Pair was founded in 2019 with a simple idea: to make parking part of the experience, not an obstacle. For hotels. For guests. For businesses that want everything to flow.

One platform, many uses

Pair is not a parking company. It is an ecosystem of services that simplifies the entire flow: Go for quick parking, Flow for camera assistance, Booking for pre-booking, Recharge for EV charging, and Manager / Staff for administration and operations.

Everything happens from the same platform — one place where hotels can view, control, and optimise every square metre. That's parking as it should be: simple, natural, and seamless.

Built for hotels, with hotels

Pair grew out of the daily life of hotels. It started in 2020 with our first customer — Bauer Hotel in Jönköping.

We spent time at the front desk, talked to guests and staff, and did everything we could to understand what it took to make parking as frictionless as the rest of the experience.

Since then, we've continued in the same way: by listening, testing, and developing together with the hotels themselves. The result is technology that feels human, because it was built by people who understand.

Expansion in the United Kingdom

The journey started at DoubleTree by Hilton Tower of London, where we saw the same parking challenges we had already solved hundreds of times before. The system in use was similar to ours — but entirely manual.

DoubleTree became our first customer in the UK and showed that parking problems for hotels and their guests look the same everywhere.

In 2024, we opened our British office in Manchester to support our growing partners and take our mission of smooth arrivals further into Europe.

From Jönköping to Europe

Our journey resembles that of a band that starts rehearsing in a garage and suddenly finds itself performing on stages around the world. In just a few years, we went from four people in a small room to partnering with hotel chains such as Scandic, Hilton, Rosewood, Best Western, OYO and Strawberry.

Today, our technology is used at over 400 hotels across the Nordics, and the journey continues through Europe as more and more hotels choose Pair to simplify their daily operations.

We make parking simpler for hotels, but our vision is bigger: to change how people experience arrival, wherever in the world they travel.
